Goodman Metalworks are a foremost fabricator of offshore gas flare systems and a leading supplier of nickel alloy heat treatment equipment. A wide range of other markets are served including vessels, pumps, power generation, Inconel shaft cladding and more.
Fabrications are made to a tolerance of +/- 0.5mm, with a thickness range of 1mm to 30mm as per the requirements of the customer drawing. Subsequent welding is all to ASME IX, BS EN 15614 and 9606 with full weld procedure documentation.
Non-Destructive Testing (Dye Penetrant, Ultrasonic and Radiographic Testing ) can be carried out working to customers procedures
Hydrostatic testing and proof load testing of fabrications complete with material certification and documentation for full traceability.
