Laser Cutting
With a tolerance accuracy of 0.1mm our Laser cutting machine is capable of accommodating large plates 4m x 2m and multiple workloads for a wide range of material, including:
- Mild steel (up to 15mm)
- Stainless steel (up to 10mm)
- Aluminium (up to 6mm)
- Other non/ferrous materials
- Plastics/acrylics/wood etc
From one off’s to large batch productions we have the knowledge and systems in place to cope with all types of orders. To aid in fast turnaround situations we can accept CAD drawings, via email, which can be fed directly in to the system to reduce waiting times.
CNC Plasma Cutting
To compliment our laser cutting service we also provide in house a plasma cutting service. This allows us to cut 8m x 3m sheets of mild steel up to 160mm thick.
We stock mild steel and stainless steel as well as others. This allow us to respond quickly to our customers needs. This includes:
- BS EN10025 S275JR (43A)
- BS EN10025 S355JR (50B)
- BS 970 080 A40 (EN8)
- Wear-resistant materials - Hardox and Abbro 400
- Stainless steel 304 and 316 grades
