Steel Fabrication
Our employees have been fabricating in our workshop for over 40 years and the experience and knowledge gained over these years is invaluable in today’s fast paced business world.
The fabrication workshop totals over 40,000 sq ft, and is capable of producing mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium fabrications. Completed fabrications can be assembled before delivery if required or shipped as is, to suit your requirements.
Our cranes have a lifting capacity of up to 20 tonnes and a 6 metre under crane height, allowing us to cope easily with even the most demanding steel fabrication project.
We are constantly producing and are running 24 hours a day, to make sure projects are completed to schedule.
A Complete Service
We operate a bespoke job monitoring system, making sure materials are available to enable us to work * to schedule. This also includes an in-house inspection complete with full traceability of materials and all welding is approved to EN287 and EN288 standards.
To compliment our fabrication services we have in-house profile, plasma and laser cutting as well as heat treatment, with the facility to sub-contract shot blasting and painting.
